About the Journal

Medisch Recht: Journal of Global Health Policy is a peer-reviewed, open-access academic journal dedicated to advancing interdisciplinary research in medical law, bioethics and global health policy.

This journal publishes original research articles, conceptual papers, review articles, and case studies. All manuscripts undergo a rigorous double-blind peer review process.

Open Access Policy

Medisch Recht is an open-access journal, meaning that all published articles are freely available online without subscription. Readers are permitted to read, download, copy, distribute, and share the full texts of the articles for lawful purposes, with proper attribution to the authors.


Peer Review Process

All manuscripts submitted to the journal are evaluated through a double-blind peer-review process. Each submission is reviewed by independent experts in the relevant field to ensure the quality, originality, and contribution of the research. The final decision on publication is made by the Editor-in-Chief based on reviewers’ recommendations.
